Avoid junk food

 Avoid junk food

Sure! Here's a short story that encourages avoiding junk food in a simple and engaging way:

“The Tale of Timmy and the Talking Tummy”

Once upon a time in the small town of Springleaf, there lived a boy named Timmy who loved junk food more than anything else. Chips, candy, soda—he couldn't go a day without them. His lunchbox was always filled with colorful wrappers instead of fruits and sandwiches.

One day, after finishing a mountain of chocolate bars and fizzy drinks, Timmy felt something strange. His tummy rumbled, louder than ever before.

“Timmy,” a small voice said.

Timmy jumped. “W-who said that?”

“It’s me, your tummy,” said the voice. “I’ve had enough! I can’t take this junk anymore!”

Timmy blinked. “You can talk?!”

“Yes! And I’m begging you—please give me real food. Something with vitamins! I feel sluggish and tired all the time.”

That night, Timmy had a dream. He was in a world made entirely of junk food—candy trees, soda rivers, burger clouds. At first, it was fun. But soon, everything started melting and sticking to his feet. He felt slow, sleepy, and sad. He tried to run but couldn’t.

When he woke up, he remembered the dream and his tummy’s plea. The next day, he packed apples, carrots, and a sandwich for lunch. He still had treats now and then, but he made sure most of his meals were healthy.

His tummy never complained again.

And from that day on, Timmy felt stronger, happier, and full of energy—not sugar.

Moral: Junk food might taste good for a moment, but healthy food keeps you feeling great for a lifetime.
